Golden Milkshake

Golden smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml coconut milk (canned)
  • hand frozen cauliflower
  • 2 frozen banana
  • 5 dates
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds, hennep seeds, flax seeds
  • Pinch; lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper

    Put everything in the blender an it’s ready!

    You can serve it as a smoothie bowl with toppings like blue berries, home-made granola.

    I drink it as a milkshake, because of the coconut milk its very creamy and kinda heavy. Leftovers I freeze for ice-cream.
