
Golden smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
- 200 ml coconut milk (canned)
- hand frozen cauliflower
- 2 frozen banana
- 5 dates
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, hennep seeds, flax seeds
- Pinch; lemongrass, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper
Put everything in the blender an it’s ready!
You can serve it as a smoothie bowl with toppings like blue berries, home-made granola.
I drink it as a milkshake, because of the coconut milk its very creamy and kinda heavy. Leftovers I freeze for ice-cream.
