In 2018 I did a mindfulness course with Sarah Sati. While following the course it really helped me, to be more mindful. But after finishing the course it’s the trick to introduce it to your daily habits.
2019 was a rough year…. Being in a rollercoaster for almost a year….I was looking for something that will make life more comfortable. So I decided to start meditation again, yin yoga and reading books about this subject. Still I was not very stick to it….. Online there was an offer for a meditation course by the New Skills Academy I bought it, but didn’t touch it for a long time. Now because of CVID-19, I have plenty of time and I started the course.
In October 2019 – I decided to go more in-depth again, how can I turn meditation in my daily habits and what can it bring me? I used the application Insight Timer – I love it…. You can bookmark the meditation you love – and just follow the voice.

Mindfulness learns you to day dream and to manifest. There are so many ‘presents’ coming to you, but because we are too busy, we don’t even see them.
Because of CVID-19 I am jobless at the moment, and a voice in me told me, start your Mindfulness course NOW! Maybe you can use it in the future. Implementing Mindfulness consults and sessions on Bonaire; at schools, at the prison, everywhere……
