- diary free milk; oat-, almond milk
- fruits, fresh: bananas, passion fruit, grapefruit. frozen: blueberries, rasperries, blackberries, cherries, mango.
- gnocchi
- honey; I prefer local honey.
- mayonaise
- miso paste
- mustard
- oil; coconut, olive, sesame, rice
- pasta
- parmesan cheese
- rice; multigrain-, red-, brown-, pandan rice, risotto.
- soy sauce / tamari
- fish sauce
- herbs and spices; cinnamon, turmeric, lemongrass, ras el hanout, paprika, chili flakes, oregano, sea salt coarse, ground ginger, ground coriander, vanilla powder. fresh: basil & mint from my own garden. Also always in my fridge, ginger.
- tomato; paste and diced in cans
- oats
- olives
- sundried tomatos
- nuts; mixed nuts and cashew nuts
- seeds; sesame seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin -, chia-, sunflower, poppy seeds,
- raisins
- vegetables, fresh: onion, red chili pepper, garlic, sweet potato, carrots, red pepper. frozen: broccoli, spinach, pumpkin, peas
