.. On Sunday’
Since I was a kid, Sunday is for me a ‘Special Breakfast Day’. In my childhood we always had oven bread, boiled egg, fresh orange juice and classic music from Bach <3.

Plate:
- Fruit salad; banana, grapefruits, papaya, passionfruit, fresh mint, home-made coconut nibs.
- Home-made Coffee with my favorite Napoli Perla beans. Well favorite; on Bonaire we have a lack of choices – but they are very nice. I also tried the Perla Bio beans, but I prefer Napoli.
- Fresh mint tea (mint from my own garden)
- Bliss balls with from oats, apricots, lemon and orange zest.
