Ingredients;
- Chickpeas 1 can
- Harissa 2 tablespoon
- Lime juice 2 tablespoon
- Slices bread
- Cheese
- Olive oil, extra virgin 2 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Mix everything except the bread and cheese of course. Let the chickpeas marinade for a while if you have time and not hungry yet.
Put one slice of bread, add the chickpeas, put the cheese and put on the other slice of bread lots of marinade – yumyumyum. Put it in the toaster till the cheese is melted.
