… with a breakfast smoothie
Ingredients (2 pax):
- 2 frozen banana
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 handfull mango
- Fresh mint
- Almond milk
- Oats; 3 big spoons
- Flaxseeds; 1 big spoon
- Pinch: lemongrass, turmeric, ginger, black pepper
Put everything in the blender an it’s ready to start your walk!
