Ingredients:
- 2 cubes frozen spinach
- 2 cubes frozen red beet juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 hand frozen mango
- couple blueberries and blackberries
- fresh mint
Add a little bit of water and put everything in the blender.
- Take a bowl and if you like you add a little bit of yoghurt and on top you do the frozen fruits.
Add your favorite toppings: coconut flakes, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, flaxseeds or home-made granola.
